Jeff S. Dodge,

Owner / Videographer / Editor / DVD Authoring

Mr. Dodge has been working with video production since the early 1990's in Portland, Oregon.  Starting as a minimum wage-earning shipping-room clerk at NorthWest Video Works in '93 (whose diverse clientele involved Nike, Wieden + Kennedy and Les Schwab), Dodge ultimately expanded his knowledge of film, TV and Nonlinear Video Editing the only way there really is to learn;  by producing his own video projects.

After working on several self-produced projects through the local community access station (1990 - 97) and getting a 'trial by fire' education as the Key Set Production Assistant for the Motion Picture, 'Blast' (1998), Mr. Dodge joined forces with the Owen Sabin Occupational Skills Center in the late 90's as a technical assistant.  Tasks mostly consisted of trying to educate High School students in the fine art of live television production.

Also a founder of the local artistic film collective, Darge Productions, Dodge has learned the 'Show Biz' ropes by working extensively for his father's company, Stew Dodge Sound since 2003.   Mr. Dodge is quite comfortable with either live or scripted video production and strives to get the best sound and video in even the most chaotic & challenging of environments.  Jeff Dodge is the primary video editor, DVD author and 'A' Camera videographer of Visual Services.

Derek Ecklund,

Audio & Web Specialist / Videographer

An exceptional audio specialist, Mr. Ecklund has a wide array of microphones and skills for almost any given conditions. Mr. Ecklund has worked as a Boom Operator & Recordist on a number of documentary and full feature projects. He has been known to dabble with B-camera work, as well.  His knowledge of web design is vast and makes him an invaluable asset in the growing Multimedia marketplace.

When not managing his own company, Sourcery Media, Derek has served as a regular with Darge Productions.  He's also been known to spontaneously burst into song (usually an Indian Raga) but never while the cameras are rolling.

Clint Sargent,

Videographer / B - Roll / Music Producer

Renowned for his guitar work in the influential Portland band, The High Violets, Mr. Sargent is also the other half of Darge Productions.  Founder of Comet Rock Records, Mr. Sargent also plays guitar in the Portland based band, Starry Saints.  When not busy with music production, he tends to get the more creative shots during chaotic situations.

Phil Jefferson

Writer / Producer / B - Roll / Boom Operator

Mr. Jefferson started in "the business" in the Philadelphia area running 35mm exposed stock up to NYC on Amtrak to be processed for TV commercial company SchulmanBerryKramer.  He progressed through stages as a set builder, and grip at(now defunct) E.J. Stewart Studios and then entered the corporate video world as a tape operator/soundman for Dupont and GlaxoSmithKline.

He also worked as an assistant film editor synchronizing 16mm and 35mm film for documentaries and TV commercials.  In the Portland area he has worked as a soundman for Pacific Coast Cameras and Crewing with ABC's Good Morning America, Nike and many other sports and corporate clients. He is currently focused on developing new projects for Jeff Dodge Visual Services, as well as developing script and project ideas for his own company, GotGoProductions.

To watch a sample of his work, here is a segment on bamboo flooring for HGTV (the House and Garden Channel) that he produced:

David M. Craig,

Videographer / Producer

David Craig is an expert cameraman with years of video experience under his belt.  With over 5 years of service to the Fairfax County Public Schools system in Virginia as a Media Production Technician, Mr. Craig has worked on several diverse projects including work with MSNBC's Chris Matthews on a remote broadcasting shoot.

When not working on his own short films and documentary projects, Mr. Craig also shoots for Darge Productions.
