Most video productions end up having a lot of unpredictable surprises and costs.  At Visual Services, we try our best to minimize these unforeseeable circumstances and limit project expenses before any video has been shot.  By posting our rates, we hope to give the client a ball park figure of what their budget should look like.

   However, it can add up pretty fast.  Be sure to consider the "Hidden Costs" when designing your budget.

    All of our services fall into 3 categories:  Field Production, Post Production and Multimedia Production.  Pre-Production is the first phase and often involves consultations (free of charge) and / or scripting & writing.  Field Production is the second phase of the project in which we collect data and record video. 

   Usually, we invoice for Pre-Production & Field Production when all the video shooting has been completed.  Post Production is where we edit it all together and put the project into a final Edit Master.  A second invoice is then mailed with the final edit master (whether that be on tape, Hard Drive or DVD).
